Street & Studio: An Urban History of Photography is the name of the new exhibition presented at the Tate Modern gallery until August 31. Comprising over 300 works by famous photographers, the exhibition will examine two contrasting sites of photographic practice: the street and the studio. Works by Robert Mapplethorpe, Cindy Sherman and Wolfgang Tillmans are included. Besides, the photos received from all parts of the world through a Flickr group will be displayed on a screen in the gallery.
